About
Messengers for peace was founded with the intention of helping the less fortunate. Since 2011, with the grace of Allah, we have been able to support almost 8000 homeless individuals by cooking meals on a monthly basis. We deliver food to various homeless shelters within the Greater Toronto Area.
Additionally, we organize a winter clothing campaign every December raising funds to collect clothing such as jackets, hats, socks and scarves.

We are looking for volunteers to assist us with chopping and preparing food items for the cooking on Friday evening, Packaging of food on Saturday morning and Delivery of food items late Saturday morning.
Individual volunteers should use registration form below to sign up.
We are also looking for volunteer groups (youths, madressas, family, friends) to sign up for upcoming months in 2020. For groups of 8 or more please email tablighhomeless@gmail.com.
