Mujtahidah Banu Amin: The Treasurers of Mysticism
In this workshop, we will go through a detailed biography of Mujtahidah Banu Amin (1895-1983) who penned a fifteen-volume commentary of the entire Qur’an and who reached the level of ijtihad. We will introduce her works, and explore the introduction to this tafsir as well as go through some of her beautiful discussions on key concepts on the punishment and justice of God in the Qur’an.
